First Day of School 2018-19

Yay, for the first day of school! Each year at Canyons Schools, students walk through the front doors of the school on a red carpet to celebrate the start of another great school year here at Sunrise Elementary. This year students were greeted by some amazing WATCHDOG volunteers, the eagle mascot, our interim principal Mr. Palmer, and members of the district office. The kids were so excited to receive a high-five and a special greeting from our whole school community!

We love celebrating the first day with school with this fun tradition.
